Here at Neurology Center of New England we have dedicated staff to tackle MS symptoms and treatments. Our team includes Dr. Salvatore Napoli, Marissa Casillo, NP, Beverly Wang, NP, Lauren Nassr, Nurse Manager and Brigid Crabtree, Nurse Navigator. They will help navigate you through the treatment plan that you and your provider agreed upon, whether that includes infusions at our in-house infusion center, or medications that you can take at home.
