Dr. Salvatore Napoli is a board certified neurologist specialized in Multiple Sclerosis, as well as General Neurology. He received a Bachelor in Arts in Biology and Italian Studies at Siena College in Loudonville New York and the American University in Rome. He completed medical school and his neurology residency at Albany Medical College and Center in Albany, New York. He then did a fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis/NeuroImmunology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/ Harvard Program in 2003. He was an Instructor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School and received the prestigious Sylvia Lawry Fellowship from the National MS Society . He was on staff at the Brigham and Women’s Neurology Department in 2006 through 2008. He also completed a fellowship in EMG/Neurophysiology at the St. Elizabeth’s Tufts Neurology Program in 2007.

In 2007, Dr. Napoli started a Neurology and MS program in Norwood Hospital through Caritas Christi Healthcare and Steward Healthcare. Dr. Napoli then moved his practice to Foxboro, Massachusetts.

He started the Neuro Institute of New England and MS Clinic of New England in May 2013 in Foxboro, Massachusetts. The goal is to provide up to date , compassionate academic care for the community as well as provide the most up to date research for all neurology patients. Dr. Napoli believes that all patients should be treated as if they were members of one own’s family and hopes to integrate both medical and non-medical treatments to the care of those with chronic neurologic illnesses. Dr. Napoli’s clinical interests include Multiple Sclerosis, MS and Neurology Research, headache , and general neurology.


 

JMartin

Dr. Jonathan Martin – General Neurology

Infamous for his caring demeanor and vast collection of bow ties, Dr. Martin is one of our most beloved physicians.

He specializes in a number of neurological disorders including, but not limited to Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, epilepsy, dementia and more.

 


Dr. Elizabeth Budman,  MD

Dr. Budman is a specialist in the area of Movement Disorders – particularly Parkinson’s Disease – and General Neurology. She received her Medical Degree from SUNY Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, New York. During this time, she completed her Fellowship at Albany Medical Center with a concentration in Movement Disorders. She finished her Neurology Residency at UMASS before joining us here at the Neurology Center .


Dr. Preeti Gupta,  MD

Dr. Gupta is our newest addition. She is an Epileptologist who comes to us from Rhode Island.


Stacey

Stacey Murray, FNP-c, MSCN

Stacey Murray is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Training included clinical rotations in Neurology and Primary Care with Adults and Children.

Stacey provides comprehensive management of multiple sclerosis patients alongside her team of healthcare providers. She educates patients on the most up-to-date MS therapies. Provides comprehensive symptom management which includes fatigue, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pain management, spasticity management, mood disorders, sleep disorders, gait/mobility evaluations, and others. General neurology disorders are also managed, including, but not limited to memory disorders, movement disorders, sleep disorders, and peripheral nerve disorders.

Stacey’s special interests are in Multiple Sclerosis and Migraine headache.


Cara deBeauport, NP

Cara is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Her training was in primary care with a special focus on acute and chronic pain management both hospital and clinically based. The chronic pain conditions she has treated include headaches, low back pain, neck pain, and other muscular pain issues.

One year of Oncology Research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital

Trained at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center

Worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for over 20 years.

Her primary treatment interests include: Migraine Headaches, Post-Concussive Headaches, Myofascial Pain, and Low Back Pain.    She has also taught wellness workshops monthly for migraine headaches. Her approach to treatment is tailored to each patient’s specific needs and includes a multi-modal approach to pain management.

She is trained in the latest Botox treatments for migraine headaches and is able to do nerve blocks and trigger point injections.
